It’s a Secure, HttpOnly cookie set only after you log in, and it’s cleared when you log out.
Do we need your consent?
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent — they’re essential for a service you’ve asked for (signing in). Because that’s the only cookie we use, there’s nothing optional to accept or reject. We show a brief notice so you’re informed.
Local storage
Some pages store small preferences in your browser’s local storage (e.g. dismissing this cookie notice). The browser extension stores your API key locally. This stays on your device.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the token cookie will prevent you from staying signed in.
